String quilts are made using strips—called “strings”—of fabric, sewn together in unique and colorful combinations. This class is perfect for quilters of all levels who want to use up leftover fabrics and create a one-of-a-kind quilt full of personality, history, and heart.

• Your sewing machine

• A collection of your favorite fabric scraps (strings!)

• Basic sewing supplies

We’ll be using the “Scrappiness is Happiness” book by Lori Holt (available in-store), along with foundation papers, which we also have ready for you in the shop.
