Class prep:
Purchase bag pattern, The BIG Bag Bodobo Bags by Ticklegrass Designs.
Purchase fabric, grommets interfacing and supplies to complete bag.
Read the Pattern.
Cut and label all your fabrics and interfacing - following the pattern instructions for cutting.
Supply List:
Basic Sewing Supplies and the noted below:
Walking Foot for top stitching and Quilting
Zipper Foot
¼” Foot and/or #1 Foot
The BIG Bag Pattern (must bring to class)
Thread for Top Stitching
Matching or coordinating Thread for Bobbins (2 full bobbins)
Bag supplies listed on pattern.
Ruler – at least 6 ½ x 12 ½
Spray adhesive
Bring your Basic sewing supplies:
Sewing machine w/ cord and foot pedal
Feet – Zipper, ¼”, walking foot
2 Sewing needles – Top Stitch or Jeans
2 Full bobbins and extra thread to reload is needed
Rotary Cutter
Top Stitch Thread
Good pair of fabric scissors
Seam Ripper
Ruler
Straight pins
Clover Clips
Chalk marker or fabric marking pen
Writing pen/pencil
We will take a 30 min lunch break so bring your lunch.
